What materials are your statues made from?

We work with four primary materials: Bronze, Marble, Fiberglass, and Resin. Each has its own character -- bronze and marble are ideal for outdoor durability and prestige, while fiberglass and resin offer lightweight options perfect for shipping long distances or indoor display. We're happy to advise which material best suits your specific use case.

Can I order a custom size or design?

Absolutely -- customization is our specialty. You can specify any dimensions, choose your preferred material, and even submit your own drawings or reference images. Our master sculptors will create a 3D model or clay maquette for your approval before production begins. There is no minimum order requirement for custom pieces.

How long does production and shipping take?

Production time typically ranges from 4 to 12 weeks depending on the complexity, material, and size of your order. Standard resin and fiberglass pieces are faster; large bronze or marble commissions require more time. International shipping to Europe or North America generally takes an additional 2 to 4 weeks by sea freight. We provide tracking and keep you updated throughout.

How is the statue packaged to prevent damage during shipping?

We take packaging very seriously. Each statue is individually wrapped in soft foam padding, secured in a custom-fitted wooden crate with internal bracing, and clearly labeled "Fragile" for carrier handling. For large or particularly delicate pieces, we use additional shock-absorbing materials. In the rare event of transit damage, we document and resolve the issue promptly.

What are the payment terms?

Our standard terms are 50% deposit to begin production and 50% balance before shipment. We accept T/T (bank wire transfer), PayPal, and Western Union. For long-term clients or larger orders, we're open to discussing flexible arrangements. We never begin production without a confirmed deposit to protect both parties.

Do you provide photos or approval samples before shipping?

Yes -- always. Before shipment, we send detailed photos and videos of the finished piece for your review and approval. For custom orders, we often share progress photos during key production stages. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will not ship until you are completely happy with the result.

Are your statues suitable for outdoor use?

Many of our statues are specifically designed for outdoor environments. Bronze and natural marble are the most weather-resistant and ideal for garden or church exterior placement. Our fiberglass pieces are also treated for UV and moisture resistance. When ordering, simply let us know the intended placement and we will recommend the best material and finishing for your climate.
